Did not come with good detailed instructions. The screen went blank. Was ok to use, took us a little while to figure it out. Ordered one from vendor of Amazon. Will not order another one. After all this and 3 weeks of learning to use it, it died.
Sometimes I had to really swipe my finger to get it to do what I wanted.
You are kinda left on your own.
I did package it up and sent it back to vendor.
Received item very timely.
I could still hear music, but could no longer use the touchscreen.
Has really good sound quality.
Touchscreen a little difficult.
Had no problems receiving full refund, plus the shipping I had initially paid.
I will look for something different this time around.
User friendly, works with WMP or windows. Bluetooth paring with my phone or two bluetooth headset if you want. Clear sound, crystal picture. Radio available if sik of your own music.
Easy to operate, transfer video and music from my laptop to samsung p2. This samsung p2 mp3 is the greatest mp3 i have. I am a 55 year old guy and I love listening to all kinds of musics ( Used to be second lead guitarist and voice during my teen days in the Philippines). I have two (2) of these and I gave the other one to my granddaughter in the Philippines. Works well with Kensington Bluetooth headphone (No more wires) and skullcandy mesh headphone. I wont even think of trading my samsung p2 to i-pod or any mp3 brand. This is the only mp3 with bluetooth.
This product broke within 60 days,sent it back to be fixed and they lost it with all my tunes.It has been over 60days of calling them every day and I still haven't got my replacement.DON'T BUY THIS.
